Can I sell food at Separation Day?

Food vendors are restricted to local community non-profit groups in an effort to help them get fundraising support for all they do for our citizens each year. If you are one of these groups, we would love to have you participate.

Can I sell my items at Separation Day?

Personally created items may be displayed and sold in the Arts and Crafts Show. If you are a business you are welcome to apply through the Promo Vendor Form under the Vendors icon.

Free Shuttle Service provided by Lehane's

FREE Shuttle Bus Service is provided for all of Saturday's Separation Day activities. The shuttles, provided by Lehane's Bus Company, will make continuous loops through the locations listed below.


The buses will run on Saturday from 12:30pm until 30 minutes following the Fireworks show. There is no cost or ticket needed to take advantage of the shuttles and they are the recommended way to enter the city regardless if a spectator, volunteer or participant of activities.


New Castle Middle.

The shuttle will stop at New Castle Middle located at 903 Delaware Street.​

Carrie Downie Elementary.

The shuttle will stop at Carrie Downie Elementary school on Delaware Street.​

First Baptist Church.

The shuttle will stop at First Baptist Church at the corner of Basin Road and Rt. 273.

All Drop-Offs for the festival & fireworks will take place at corner of 2nd & Delaware Streets in Historic New Castle (near Historic Court House). Those looking to ride the bus back to their parking spot after fireworks conclude should meet bus at corner of 2nd & Delaware Streets.
